What to Expect
Our Children’s Self-Defense & Abduction Prevention class is designed to be fun, active, and age-appropriate while teaching skills that can help keep kids safer. Children will learn basic self-defense techniques, situational awareness, how to recognize unsafe situations, what to do if someone tries to grab or take them, and when to run, yell, and get help. Our goal is simple: build confidence, improve awareness, and give kids practical safety skills without making them afraid of the world around them.
